Our company received the “Small and Medium Enterprise Category Award” at the “Teachme Biz Award 2023” sponsored by Studyst Co., Ltd., which provides the manual creation and sharing system “Teachme Biz”.
Eliminating the problem of “low productivity due to individualization of work”, which has been a management issue for our company for some time, and creating and sharing SOP (standard operating procedures) of work procedures inherited from skilled technicians. Creating a human resource development plan that effectively utilizes SOP and establishing a system for sharing it. He received the award in recognition of his achievements in approaching human capital.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for receiving the very prestigious “Small and Medium Enterprise Category Award” at the Teachme Biz Award 2023.
It has been four years since our company introduced TeachmeBiz.
At the time of its introduction, there were three objectives.
・Elimination of individualized work
・Visualization and systemization of human resource development process
・Improve operational efficiency and productivity of all operations that operate SOP.
Although we are still in a transitional period compared to our ideal goals and objectives, we believe that the daily efforts and accumulation of small successes of the employees involved in TeachmeBiz led to this award.
In the future, we will further utilize TeachmeBiz, which has become a key tool for our company, and continue to take on the challenge of creating a factory where diverse employees can play an active role, where both people and organizations can grow and play an active role based on various “systems”. I am planning to come.
Furthermore, we aim to build a company that can respond “reliably” and “quickly” to customer needs.
