Job description

What is Bearing ?

Bearing is ” Mechanical parts to support rotation of objects”. Bearings is called as “JIKUUKE” in Japanese that means the parts supporing rotation of axis in the machines. Bearings are used many kinds of machines, so that bearings are called “Rice of machine industries”.

Automobiles, Aircraft, Generators, Refrigerators, Vaccum cleaners, Air-conditioners

Role of Bearings

POINT.1 Reduce frictions and smooth rotation

Friction inevitably occurs between the rotating axis and the parts that support the rotation.
Bearings are used between this rotating shaft and the part that supports rotation. Bearings reduce friction, smooth rotation, and minimize energy consumption.
This is the “biggest role of bearings.”

POINT.2 Protects the parts that support rotation and maintains the position of the rotating "axis"

A heavy load is happened between the rotating “axis” and the part supporting the rotation. Bearings prevent parts supporting rotation from breaking down due to this heavy load, and play the role of keeping the rotating axis in the correct position.

How bearings are made

We receive bearing parts that have been “forged,” “turned,” and “heat treated” from outside suppliers, and then inspect them at our company.

Outer rings production

①End face grinding

At first, grinding end face with grinding stones taking parallelism and flatness with micron level accuracy.

②Outer diameter grinding

Grinding outside face of the outer ring to make outer ring with a high degree of roundness (a value that represents the accuracy of a perfect circle) adjusted in units of 1 micron and 2 microns.

③Inside (inside ball groove) grinding

Grinding ball raceway in accordance with ball size assembled between outer ring and inner ring as to minimize frictions between them.

④Super finishing

Polishing ball raceway until it shines like a mirror to maximize bearing life.

Inner rings produiction

①End face grinding

At first, grinding end face with grinding stones taking parallelism and flatness with micron level accuracy.

②Outside(outide ball groove) grinding

Grinding ball raceway in accordance with ball size assembled between outer ring and inner ring as to minimize frictions between them.

③Inside bore grinding

Grinding inside diameter of inner ring to make inside bore with a high degree of roundness (a value that represents the accuracy of a perfect circle) adjusted in units of 1 micron and 2 microns.

④Super finishing ball groove

Polishing ball raceway until it shines like a mirror to maximize bearing life.

⑤Assembling

Assemble grinded outer ring, inner ring, and other bearing parts to finish complete bearing.

⑥Washing

With above process, bearing is completed, aftre that wash bearing to make clean for delivery as commodity.

⑦Inspection

Checking all products for damage.

⑧Anti-rusting

Taking anti-rust treatment to be complete as commodity. Packing carefully and deliver to the customers.
